Making Salsa

This photograph shows the making of salsa as it was done in the 1800's. It is some of the best salsa that I have ever tasted. Here is the recipe:
4 tomatoes
½ onion
1 large or 2 small cloves of garlic
1 large Anaheim chili
½ bunch cilantro
juice from ½ lemon
cumin, salt, pepper to taste
Chop first 5 ingredients; add lemon juice and spices to taste. Mix until well blended and serve with tortilla chips.
